Responsible disclosure for the MID Tech software suite

Pixels by Triaxis BV takes the security of MID Tech seriously. We welcome reports of security vulnerabilities from anyone who finds one, and we'll work with you to understand and address the issue.

How to report a vulnerability

Email us at info@midtech.be with the details of what you found. Please report privately by email rather than opening a public issue or disclosing it elsewhere until we've had a chance to look into it.

What to include

To help us reproduce and fix the issue quickly, please include:

• Which MID Tech tool is affected, and its version number
• Steps to reproduce the issue
• The potential impact, as you understand it

What to expect

We aim to acknowledge new reports as soon as possible, and we'll keep you updated as we work on a fix. We currently do not run a paid bug bounty programme, but we're grateful for every report and will credit reporters who want to be credited once a fix is out, if they'd like that.
